The objective of this project was to redesign an existing POS (Point of Sale) interface to deliver a more intuitive, efficient, and user-centric experience. By streamlining the UI and optimizing key user flows, the redesign aimed to enhance operational speed and usability for end users.
I was responsible for the end-to-end UI design of both the POS front-end and the back-office system, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with business requirements.
